You can stop Ordix from accessing your accounts at any time, and ask us to delete the data we hold. Any of the options below works on its own.

Disconnect in Ordix

  1. Sign in to your workspace.
  2. Open Connected accounts.
  3. Choose Disconnect next to the account. Ordix stops syncing immediately and deletes that account's data within 30 days.

Remove Google access

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Select Ordix (or your agency's app name).
  3. Choose Delete all connections or Remove access.

Remove Facebook and Instagram access

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (under Business integrations for business accounts).
  3. Find Ordix, choose Remove, and confirm.

Removing access stops new data from reaching Ordix. To delete data we already hold, also send a request below.

Request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

  • your name and the email you used with Ordix, or the name of your agency;
  • the accounts or websites the request covers, such as a Facebook Page or a Google Search Console property.

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If your data is in an agency's workspace, we also let that agency know.

What gets deleted

  • All data synced from the connected account, and the access tokens that allowed the connection.
  • Reports and dashboards built from that data.
  • Backup copies, within 60 days.

We keep only what the law requires, such as billing records, and only for as long as it requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
